repertoire, with a specific interest in contemporary music. In each of her Tête-à-Tête programmes, Maki invites a composer to present their own works for piano alongside the music that most inspired them, to form a kind of pianistic Private Passions recital. Contemporary and classical piano trios by Arden and Shostakovich with the sensational Paddington Trio.
